Due to our exclusive products imported from Brazil, the delivery time is 15 to 35 business days after purchase confirmation.

If your product is taking longer to arrive, please check the tracking code, which will be sent to your email shortly after the product is shipped.

When making an international purchase, you are the importer and are therefore responsible for ensuring compliance with all import laws and regulations in your country. This includes any applicable taxes and fees charged upon the product's arrival at its destination. If you are unaware of your tracking code, please contact our customer service channels.

It is important to emphasize that, as a direct importer of Rio Lace products originating from Brazil, it is the customer's sole responsibility to provide any documents or information that may be requested by customs.
